Can I return my order?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact urbanmuseum24@gmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with applicable regulations.
